This rate applies to all utilities, auto manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, power management solutions providers, consultants, and investors

Government, Regulatory & Non-Profit: $995 (Plus 13% HST):

This rate applies to federal, provincial, and municipal representatives, government-affiliated regulatory bodies and standardization bodies, research institutes, and non-profit associations

Group Discount:

A Group Discount is offered for this conference. To be eligible for the GROUP DISCOUNT, delegates must register at the same time. The total discount per delegate (including applicable group discounts, etc.) must not exceed 25% of the conference cost.

Note on VIP Codes:

If you are in receipt of a VIP Code please note that discounts are applied on the regular investment rate and NOT on early bird rates or already reduced prices.Additionally, VIP Codes MUST be used upon registration. VIP Codes received after registration are not applicable.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received in writing by February 8th, 2012. You will be eligible for a prompt refund less a $495.00 administrative fee. If you register for the program and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel according to the terms stated above. If you are unable to attend, delegate substitution is permitted up to, and including, the day of the conference.
